I didn't stumble into healthcare AI. I earned my way here — one bedside, one EHR implementation, one breakthrough at a time. I'm a registered nurse with 17 years in clinical workflow, testing, and analysis. I served as a nurse in the United States Navy. I hold a Master of Science in Health Informatics/Healthcare Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. But I didn't stop at the bedside. The Invention
I'm the inventor of the DiaGen-NanoBot — a nanotechnology-enabled device designed to regenerate pancreatic islet cells and cure Type II Diabetes (patent pending). I presented it at the Nanotechnology 2018 Conference in Jerusalem, Israel, and it was featured in TheMarker's Annual High-Tech Book 2018. I don't just advise on emerging technology. I've created it.
The Mission
Healthcare is adopting AI at a pace that outruns clinical evidence. Revenue-cycle AI delivers returns in months; clinical proof takes years. In that gap, nurses absorb the fallout — more documentation, more alerts, more burnout. I exist to close that gap. I help healthcare leaders adopt AI that works in real clinical workflows — technology that serves clinicians instead of burdening them. I've spoken on this mission at HIMSS25, served on the HIMSS Clinician Burden Reduction Task Force, and contributed to the task force toolkit used by health systems nationwide.
